CEO & Founder
Stephen Graves is an innovation, strategy and change executive with 20+ years of executive management and hands on experience in technology, consulting and financial trading.
Most recently, Mr. Graves served as Director of Global Business Operations at CA Technologies, where he managed operational improvements across Business Unit & Operations teams & led multiple C-Suite programs & strategic initiatives. including major transformations in New Product Incubation and creation of the CPO Innovation Forum, a bi-monthly pitch event. As a SME in lean startup methodology, Mr. Graves, enjoyed mentoring numerous intrapreneur teams in refining their business model, pitching and getting funded.
Prior to that, Mr. Graves was a Managing Consultant at Olorin Consulting, where he provided strategic advisory, management consulting and implementation services across a wide range of clients, from startups and small cap businesses, non-profits and government agencies.
His prior business career included founding UNeCom, a digital certificate authority and security startup, working as Associate Staff Analyst for a NYC city agency, and founding Bio Nutrition Research Labs, for the research, manufacturing and sales of nutraceuticals. Mr. Graves was also an NFA registered Principle as a Commodities Trading Advisor and Commodities Pool Operator at BIG Asset Management and hedge fund manager at BIG Tiger Management as well as FOREX trader at Financial Services Investment Group and at GoldStock International.
Mr. Graves is active in multiple non-profit and NGO endeavors. He previously chaired the International Business Advisory Board of the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce and served as Investment Advisor to the Pakistan Board of Investment. Prior to this he was an advisor to former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto and to former Kashmir Prime Minister Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry.
Mr. Graves has a Masters in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University and has taken post-graduate studies in National Security at American Military University. He holds professional certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master, Certified SAFe Agilist and ITIL.
As an Eagle Scout himself, he has served in volunteer positions for the Greater New York Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He has also served as a volunteer for Prison Fellowship International and as Choir Member for Times Square Church.

Ron da Silva is an executive leader, international board member and internet technology expert. He brings extensive experience leading network architecture & engineering, internet backbones, broadband networks, cloud infrastructure, and corporate and internet governance. Over twenty (20+) years of proven business experience, culminating in senior executive leadership. NACD certified Board Governance Fellow.
Ron was previously the Group Vice President of Network Engineering, Architecture & Technology for Time Warner Cable (acquired by Charter Communications). At TWC he drove major technology initiatives and was responsible for all networking from customer premise to internet peering, access networks, routing, switching, optical and clould infrastructures. During his tenure with the company, Ron led network convergence, constructed a national backbone, oversaw the implementation of IPv6, helped define and implement DOCSIS 3.0/3.1 and many other major network programs. Ron held prior architecture, engineering and operations roles with America Online and Sprint. He additionally served in technical and planning roles for Bauer Compressors in Norfolk, Va. while completing his Bachelor of Science in applied mathematics and English at Old Dominion University.
Ron is well known in the service provider and cable industries and is very active in various industry organizations. He previously served as Chairman of the Advisory Council for American Registry of Internet Numbers (ARIN), co-chair of the L2TPEXT working group in the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), member of the Number Resource Organization’s Number Council (aka Address Serving Organization Address Council), is a member of the SCTE, IETF, ISOC, past speaker and participant at NANOG, CableLabs, NCTA. Ron has experience volunteering on the Board of Directors of various organizations.

Professionally, VJ Tabone has over 30 years of experience providing executive, advisory and management services in the commercial and residential real estate, governmental and legal sectors.
Mr. Tabone's client's have spanned the gambit from mom and pop retailers opening their first neighborhood grocery store to franchises expanding across the New York marketplace, to multi-billion dollar enterprises with extensive diversified real estate portfolios. Innovative and notable transactions have included securing court approvals in a receivership setting for a demutualization and multi-million dollar recapitalization of an insolvent insure, facilitating the sale of air rights and municipal lots to allow for expansion of the most profitable retail mall in America and unwinding of red tape encumbering title to allow for disposition of acreage formerly designated for highway use to capture a GSA tenancy and relocate a major Federal agency's regional headquarters and shepherding a truck fabricator through purchase of city own property and securing IDA financing.
Mr. Tabone has served as an executive/adviser counseling CEO'S on major acquisitions and transactions including road shows and private placements and major purchases. Before starting his own firm he was a top executive at a large Manhattan based diversified real estate management company tasked with due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopment, litigation management and compliance across a multi-billion dollar portfolio.
Mr. Tabone also served as 'acting' Special Deputy and Assistant Special Deputy Superintendent and General Counsel to the New York State Liquidation Board as well as Special Counsel to Midland Insurance Company in Liquidation. Mr. Tabone also held the posts of Assistant Special Counsel, Assistant Director Operations Division/Counselor and Associate Director, Administrative Services at the NYLB. In these roles Mr. Tabone helped re-engineer and streamline bureau operations, implement internal controls and helped stand up a "Fraud unit" to combat insurance fraud and support the claims department's claims adjudication function.
Mr. Tabone also served as Vice President of Real Estate Development at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and preceding this as a housing development official at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development where he negotiated many term sheets, contracts of sale and long term leases with notable New York City real estate developers.
Before these public interest roles Mr. Tabone was a Manager/Director of Research at Disclosure Inc. a Securities and Exchange Commission contractor that served the information needs of the Financial and Legal community in NYC.
Mr. Tabone received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1987 from Baruch College. Mr. Tabone is a graduate of New York Law School - class of 1999 which he attended on a Merit Scholarship. Mr. Tabone was elected to New York Law School Alumni Board of Directors in 2004 and served as a Judge during the 38th Annual Charles W. Froessel Moot Court Competition at New York Law School in 2014. In April of 2018 Mr. Tabone served as a judge for the Queens Economic Development Corporation's StartUP! 2018, a business plan competition sponsored by Resorts World Casino New York City and the Queens Public Library.
